  16. Most of the documentation is in doc/tech-notes. It is not user level
  17. docuemtation, but there are things in it some users might find useful.
  18. There are also instructions for building and porting Pine. It is
  19. available in plain text, Troff and Postscript formats.

  22. doc/to-do-*. Choose the one with the latest date on it.
